The Athens Multinational Sealift Coordination Centre's mission is to provide:
- The Athens Multinational Sealift Coordination Centre (AMSCC) can provide effective support to the:
- EU and NATO Rapid Deployment Forces (Battle Groups and NRFs)
- EU and NATO led operations (Crisis Management Operations)
- NATO and EU exercises during Peacetime
- It can also support the Humanitarian Assistance operations either individually or collectively
- UN missions as they are decided by the nations and coordinated via Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA)
